Their intelligence is beyond our comprehension they look nothing like us. Would that make you question your belief system and how would you resolve some of the question, like God created us in his image and the possibility that we might be just one of billions of life forms throughout the universe. Would you accept this or would you simply reject it because it would contridict your belief system, would it make you angry or would you be pleased to realize that we are not alone. Looking for some thoughtful response.

We have been here for eons and for our species, it is only a minor set of alterations that are needed to pass as Human. That is why we were selected to study you. Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species. Your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you and neither does your penchant to breed beyond your planet's ability to sustain you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

It would not affect my belief system. But I would, and I guess that everyone else would feel a bit violated seeing superior being on their home planet whether they admit that or not. Think about seeing strange looking beings with superior intelligence. We don't realize how foreign it would seem to not be the smartest on the planet.

Christianity couldn't adapt to accommodate it.

Christianity teaches that man was created in the image of God. If a race of beings is more advanced than man, then it must be more advanced than God.

Either that or they would say that these intelligent creatures have no souls and are therefore inferior to us.

What do you mean "IF?" Don't you mean when the did? I don't believe God just filled our world with people. When Jesus left, for awhile, He said He had other "flocks" to attend to. Hmmm? Could it be they were on other planets? Some of my friends want to hand me for heresy for that one, but what do they know. I have studied the Bible for many years, am a strong follower of Christ, but find nothing to say that we are the only life in all of Creation.

We are not alone and we have got no company, we are with us. Sometimes we don’t even know who we are. All we wait for is what the religious leaders have to say. There are powers from so many angles but man has got the most spiritual power to share though it’s according to one’s understanding.

There will be a race of beings that will visit our planet someday. They are called angels and they will be accompanying Jesus upon his return to destroy Satan! Hallelujah! Maranatha! Come Lord Jesus.
