i have loose skin bunched up under the head and when i piss the the urine irritates the scar even if i wipe it off. also when i get hard my frenulum stretches and hurts a lot. should i get recircumcised to remove the frenulum and rest of skin?

and i went to my GP and she referred me to a urologist. my apt is dec 6. but the thing is i emailed her with the problem and she replied back and was kinda mean and no help. shes like "i would go back to the urologist who did the surgery..." but the thing is he is at a diff kaiser which is further away from me and this one is more convinent. and plus i emailed him with this problemsTWO months ago and he still hasnt gotten back to me. so honestly i dont want some guy checking me over and possibly doing another surgery on me who cant even respond to an email. and then that urologist said "i doubt theres anything ill be able to do for on at yuor apt..." i told her in the email about my other urologist too. and why is there nothing she can do for me

Yes, you should.

Its a very good idea, you'll be much more comfortable after the procedure. It is very important to remove the remaining skin AND the frenulum, since you are saying it stretches and hurts you.
