Well at least you realise there is a problem. This is something you need to sort out soon or you will lose him. Nobody deserves or should stay in an abusive relationship. There must be a reason or trigger behind this, but only you can work that out.
Im sorry if its not much help, good luck

If you attack him for no reason, all I can say is - you need to take a long hard look at yourself.

Are you mentally stable?

Mentally stable people don't attack people for no reason.

Perhaps there is a reason, are you angry with him in some way (although attacking is not the answer). Do you harbour any deep seated resentment of him?

You need help. Just as we say it is not right for the man to hit a woman, it is ALSO not right for you to hit him! Why are you so angry at him? Do you love him? It is really hard to find a good man these days, if you do not love him you should let him go. Can you not talk to him instead? I understand maybe you are feeling bad inside or something, but it is not right what you are doing. YOU know it yourself. And it is not fair. I hope you can resolve your situation. Good luck for the future.

You should probably seek professional help - SOON!! You might be lashing out because of something that happened to you previously in your life. Maybe subconsciously you feel like you've been abused in the past so you do things to feel like you're in control. Maybe you just don't like him anymore. This doesn't validate your behaviour. You need to think about when you lash out at him, if it's just him that you lash out at and why.

Seek help and maybe you'll understand your behaviours better and understand how to help yourself.

Okay. You've got to listen to me. Go to your family doctor and tell him you have a chemical embalance and just lash out. Ask him about putting you on prozac because you have anger issues. This isn't something to joke about. I used to be very verbaly abusive to my ex's and i went and got help i've been on medicine since 1999 and i'm 27 now. if i wasnt' on meds i'd be living in a cardboard box. i also didn't respect my mom and now she's my best friend!

you need to seek counseling asap!!!!! and so should he! there is no reason for physical abuse. They can help you and it might be a good idea for him to stay clear of you for awhile until you get help and get things straightned out.

It is either you have an anger problem- if so seek counselling to remedy it. Or you are not compatible with your boyfriend and should finish it before he gets really hurt or turns and hurts you!

whenever you try to abuse your boyfriend, try to think the sweet time that he gave you before. ask yourself for the reason you abusing him and solve together with your boyfriend. if this can't work, i suggest you go for a medical treatment.
