It normally means, the cable between your screen and the computer has become disconnected - push all the connections in tightly & try again.

Check the monitor cable for pushed pins
If it looks good, check for damage on the female part of the connection (on your video card). If not damaged...check the cable for damage.
If not damaged, try testing it out on another computer.
If it does the same thing on another computer...scrap that monitor and buy yourself a new one.

Check your monitor cable to your PC, it might be loose. It could also be that your video card is bad.

Make sure your monitor cable is plugged in and make sure nothing has happened to the monitor cable. If that does not work call your manufactor and tell them your problem and im sure if its not your fault they will replace it

check to see if the mointer is pluged in right if thats not then check the video card if the card isn't plug in right that may be it or the card may not even be for your type of computer or if you need mor info email me at www.jeffgoth99@yahoo.com

u've 2 repair the OS by putting the OS system CD of that OS this the only option.............
