Here's a good one my friend introduced me to years ago...if you don't have an espresso maker.
Pour into blender...1/2 cup ice cubes, one cup vanilla (or chocolate) ice cream, 1/2 cup whole milk and (depending on how strong you want it) 2 to 3 tbsp. of instant coffee.
Blend together, and serve topped with whipped cream, and if you use chocolate, top the whipped cream with Hershey's syrup. If you use vanilla, top the whipped cream with cinnamon.
It's very good.

If you want an iced coffee like at Mcdonalds, make some coffee, add in a cup about 3 Tablespoons of liquid creamer and as many ice cubes as you want.... If you have a flavored syrup such as carmel, add a couple of Tablespoons of that and then top off with the coffee... Stir together and you have an iced coffee... You might have to adjust the amounts to your taste and I also let the coffee cool for a bit after it brews so it doesnt melt the ice but other than that its yummy
