I got stuck with a bad lease and need to get out of it somehow...

Not 10 days...not 7...not 5...not even 3 days(as some uninformed people on this site seem to think) nor do you legally have ANY days to change your mind after you have taken delivery!
What exactly do you mean when you say that you "got stuck with a bad lease" ?
Were the terms not agreeable? were you forced to sign blank contracts? were you blindfolded? Deceived? Drugged? Did you NOT read anything that you signed?
Or are you just now having second thoughts or "buyers remorse"?
To "get out of it somehow" will cost you money IF it is possible at all.
You may be able to talk to the dealer about re-contracting you for different terms or miles on the lease, but they are NOT legally obligated to do so.
Sorry to be the "bearer of bad news" so please don't shoot the messenger !
