Judaism is based upon a set of standards and laws designed to have a moral and orderly society. These were handed down through prophets that heard the voice of God and were told what to write. This served society well for quite some time, but there came a point in history where the rules needed to be replaced by LOVE. Jesus and the New Testament are all about dropping rules that no longer mean anything, and more about loving, and caring for one another.

So, if his followers are practicing what HE preached, and sadly most churches are not, God would be more active today through his people.

It is our job to bring the Kingdom of God to earth, not wait for some day to be swept away.

So in my opinion, through us, God is much more active through Christianity in this day and age, and was much more active through Judaism in the days of old.

G-d is involved in human affairs, definitely, but humans also take a more active role in the world in judaism than in christianity. we believe that humans are responsible for repairing the world (the principle of tikkun olam), G-d will not do it for us. most christians i've seen prefer to simply pray and leave everything up to G-d because its a faith-based religion, but judaism is an action-based religion. so while G-d runs the world, humans are the maintainers of it, by making sure that it reflects the divine qualities of peace (shalom), compassion (chesed), and justice (tzedek).

In judaism there is a famous quote: "not a single blade of grass grows unless G-d appoints an angel over it to do so!"

so, yes; we believe G-d is intimately involved with human affairs.

God is but Jesus is not of course.

In judaism theres an emphasis on how you treat people here on earth versus worrying about some later afterlife of peril. Thats why Jews contribute so much to society.

Very much involved. I would think God is involved more. But, in reality it probably about the same.

I think you would have a variety of answers on this question.

I, personally, believe that He does not take a one on one involvement with us. He has sent Angels to help us along the way. Mine are doing little things for me all the time, and I am constantly saying ''Thank you''.

But-this is just my opinion.

god isn't an interventionist man..So the answer is no, with either belief. Your seeming to assume that the xian god does interfere; while leaving the others alone. The good news is he doesn't, interfere in anything; in anyway.

believe what u want dude.

Yes and no. Our views on G-d (and of course Satan) are rather different. We do believe in a G-d who is active in the world, so in that we are similiar. However our views on how he is active and what is truly important are not the same.
