With decent foreplay, starting off slowly, then speeding up, the man pulling out to slow himself down waiting for you to come, a good 45 minutes to an hour, then go again!

No, its not ok. You need to get some techniques in order to try to sustain. Foreplay lasts longer than 2 minutes.

I have answered this many many times. I think its important for people to know it though.
If you practice stopping, you will be able to go longer. Pretty much as long as you want after you learn to do that.
