I feel drained out and not able to go for the next round. How much time would it take naturally. will help from ur partner - does it help.

How many rounds you want to play it all depends on this. Usually first round is over in very short time but you can get longer time in second round but you have wait for some time to get ready for round 2. Still after 2nd round wait for some time to take on 3rd one and so on till you fully exhaust fell asleep.

Well for my boyfriend and me.. I usually let him go very quickly the first time, and then the second time lasts anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half. The downtime between rounds isnt that long either, only about 5-10 minutes. I would reccomend just trying to increase your stamina while doing the deed but ocncentrating on it, but not letting yourself go. If that makes any sense.. Im trying to remember what my guy had told me when he described it to me. I know there are pills that you can take.. but Im not really sure of their effectiveness.. seeing as how Im a girl, and my guy hasnt ever used them. But What I can only reccomend to you is to practice, or use an herbal remedy.

Dont extend yourself to your limits. Dont try and prolonging it artificially, I think it may be a harmful thing to do.

are you talking about sex? or fighting? if sex - you can get over the counter creams that decrease sensation (if that is what you mean). If fighting - just don't hit so hard.
You are'nt supposed to hit girls anyway!
