I wouldn't use the microwave for the french fries, it will just make them rubbery. Try the oven at 375 for about 10 min or more (keep checking). Maybe that will crisp them up more.

If they are stale, there is no way to revive them - they'll taste awful. If they are simply leftover, I put mine in the toaster oven at 350 for 5-7 minutes. Crisps them back up nicely.

I've tried every way I can think of to revive fries. I don't think its possible.
