Very healthy. About 88 calories, and all protein so you won't get hungry again in 1/2 an hour. Some cholesterol, but if you don't several dozen a week, I think you'll be fine. LOL

In moderation they are perfectly healthy. There's a little cholesterol in the yolk, but there's a ton of protein and only about 3 grams of fat per egg.

I agree though, I love hard-boiled eggs.

Well narrowing it down... many cereals lie and contain much sugar.. plain Cheerios are fine. Hard-boiled eggs are pretty decent, at least you get protein.. oatmeal is the best for you though since it's natural compared to eggs and cereals, when eating oatmeal you'll be full longer and also fit as well. since it's an all good for you meal. Quaker is a good brand..

Eggs are almost all protein with a bit of cholesterol. One a day won't hurt you if you avoid other saturated fat and trans fat.

Eggs are healthy in general.......but keep in mind that the yolk is all cholesterol.....and if you have high cholesterol avoid the yolk at all costs.

Not bad. When I eat eggs, I eat only the whites as all of the fat and most of the calories are in the yolks (yellow).
