We have had a Bowflex for about 4 years. Even if you don't use it often and for 20 minutes a day it is great. The exercises to tone the tummy are easy to do and you can really feel it after one week. With Bowflex you get good toning on both when you pull and let go of the handles. Folds up good.

Also great to hang your clothes on. LOL

I LOVE my bowflex Ultimate. It's a pain to learn to set up all the pulleys at first but once you've memorized where they all go, the setup between exercises is quick.
The major problem I have with it is its size. It's seven feet tall (I have low ceilings) and it needs a large space to either side for the rods to flex in, and a large space for the machine itself when it's not folded (especially if the leg attachment is on it).

In my opinion, Bowflex has to be seriously over-priced due to the constant TV commercials and infomercials. Buy Bowflex and what you get is more commercials. If a service or product is any good, it will sell itself. Beware of junk that has to be "pushed" on TV and other media.
