has anyone ever heard of it.? supposedly it is supposed to ONLY cut your split ends off. I was thinking about purchasing it, but can anyone tell me if it really works???

ur hair dresser can cut them off for u this split thing sounds hard to do all by urself
Id also purchase some split end lotion for ur hair
shwartzkopft makes good ones

lol yah heard of it , think i even saw the infomercial but that was awhile back ... maybe its no longer advertised as much cause it doesnt work =0)
