Hmm... eat normally, and your weight will stabalize. Eating normally is only eating when you are physically hungry, and even if it has been 8+ hours and you haven't eaten but are not hungry, don't eat. This is the way humans are SUPPOSED to be eating, because our bodies want us to still be in the stone age eating raw broccoli n **** and hunting for rabbits to cook over the fire. Our bodies will stabalize weight once we eat when we need to, not when we force ourselves to because we want a good mouthfeel

Go on a diet
workout
excercise
walk
swim
join arobics
jug down diet pills
vomit daily

eat less calories than you burn.

If you can't control your eating, have a more active lifestyle.

turn off the TV. go biking. play soccer.
