I have the same problem , I have tried a lot of things and the only thing which has helped me is sleep half hour less than my full sleep , it does make me feel tired for one hour but then i am more fresh than i would be other wise with the headache,
I visited a lot of docs for my headaches but as i have no vascular or some major issue with my head they think its coz of my lifestyle and too much of staring at the monitor / television.
Though it has nothing to do with it.
Just dont oversleep.
Have a nice day
:)
