Like you've just injested way too much cheese. I've stopped eating it because my stomach just feels like a brick afterward and it's not worth it to me. Who else avoids pizza now?

Pizza is a trigger to many GI issues for some people. It contains a lot of milk product and fat. Pizza always gave me a gall bladder attack. One of my friends gets sick from Pizza because her body can not break down that much milk protein at one time. Your blow up could be any of the above. If your blow ups are accompanied by sweating and shoulder pain see your doc. It could be your gall bladder. In the mean time try cutting back on the amount of pizza you it at one time and see if that helps. Or have a check done for lactose intolerance or allergy. 70% of the world population gets ill after ingesting milk. Their body lacks the enzyme to break down the protein and sugar in milk. Good luck!

Try making a homemade pizza and see if there is a difference. Also you can take digestive aids from the health food store that will allow you to eat your favorite things.

It happens to me because I wolf it down too fast. Then all that bread expands. I'm dangerous around pizza. I swear to myself only one piece, but it always ends up being 3!
