1. try doing weight lifting.and if you don't have weight-lifters in your home you can fill two big bottles full of water and do your weight lifting.....
2. and yes make it a point that you go to regular walks and it would be better if you went in the morning to breathe more fresh air...
3. and go to a gym and continue doing exercises.....
enjoy and you surely will get a "SOLID"body....
