You, my friend, have not read the Bible.

Matthew 12:22-24
22Then they brought him a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute, and Jesus healed him, so that he could both talk and see. 23All the people were astonished and said, "Could this be the Son of David?"

24But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, "It is only by Beelzebub, the prince of demons, that this fellow drives out demons."

I can give you at least 20 more where Christ performed miracles in front of people other than the disciples, but I have to be somewhere, so I have to get offline. If you are really interested to know these other scriptures, email me, please.

Be blessed.

Read Matthew chapter 8 The leper was healed and told to tell no one... the centurions servant was healed by "word"only and told by Jesus, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no not in Israel. (vs. 10) Peter's mother-in-law vs. 15 there are so many examples.
Matthew 7:1 Judge not that ye be not judged.
Matthew Chapter 9 is full of miracles performed by Jesus. Yes a lot where done with the apostles present so that when Jesus ascended back to heaven His followers would know that the apostles had learned from Jesus and believe because of Jesus teaching the apostles. The apostles taught what they had seen and heard.
Acts 4:18,19,20: And they called them (Peter and John) and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus. But Peter and John answered and said unto them, whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye, For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.
Acts 5:29-We ought to obey God rather than man.

Do you think that of the 5,000 men (plus women and children) that Jesus feed with the loves and fishes, that all of them were follower (like the disciples)? Do you not think that many were there to hear for them selves (and judge) what Jesus said and did?

What about those people at the funeral for the widows son?
What about at the tomb of Lazarus?
What about the man with the withered hand in the synagogue?

There were believers there, but there were also the curious and unbelieving.

If you look even closer, there were times he Couldn't (not wouldn't... Couldn't) perform miracles at all because people did not have faith. Personally, I find this odd coming from a man so many are claiming is God (especially looking at all he did in the Old Test).

Jesus' followers were called followers for a reason. It only makes sense that they would've been there for most if not all of his miracles. But, they were far from being the only witnesses.

Well the Gospels were written by the Disciples or atleast credited to them. It would be unlikely that they would write about things that happened when they were not present unles told about them.

I suspect Jesus performed miracles throughout his life but with out a disciple there to witness it there was no one to write about it.

It is the other way around - His followers were there when he performed the Miracles. They were faithful men and women.

The Widow of Nain, her son who Jesus raised from the dead and all the people in the funeral procession might heartily disagree with you there, my friend.

Because they were the ones wearing rose-colored glasses, and he could be pretty certain they'd miss the trickery.
