Two excellent sites for reviews are: www.dpreview.com and www.steves-digicam.com.
Pricing - just go to Google and type in the manufacturer's name and the model number and you will pull up thousands of answers, some will be sites that search for you. You can then sort by price to look at the lowest prices first.
By wary of some of the sites as you can be getting prices on import cameras that do not have manufacturers warranty in the US. That is call a Grey Market camera.

Check out:
http://www.cnet.com
They do their own reviews as well as allow users to add reviews. You can also check out all the specifications. They also give you prices from several different stores/websites. I use cnet anytime I'm in the market for an electronic item. That's how I ended up with my Casio Z120.
Good luck!

www.cnet.com
This site does it all. Anything you want to know about any new consumer product is there. They even have reviews form actual users as well as the editor's. This site has pictures as well as editor's videos telling you about the product. Try the site once and you will use it before every purchase. Not only does it review it also searches the internet for the best prices.

$70- is not much money for a decent camera, nor most times is $100- For a bit more you can get at newegg for $100 a decent camera. Canon A590 IS. 4X optical zoom, 8 megapixels, has image stabilizer for shaky hands, and aperture/shutter priority a big help. Has viewfinder.

You dear, need to go to the Circuit City Website .... www.circuitcity.com and absorb all the information available. They are very thorough and easy to understand in their info. Then decide exactly what is is your needs are and search other avenues... Amazon, Best Buy, ebay and etc.
