They support the woman's right to choose, and we humans and unborn humans are of the animal kingdom.
Just wondering.

When did I say in any previous question that we didn't come from apes. I believe in evolution through God. Get a grip!

To PETA, human beings are NOT animals, so you can tell right there what kind of people join their association. They are extremists that go to the point of wanting society to give up any kind of use of animals for lab research, consumption, and even house pets, since you know, animals are supposed to be treated like humans. Animals around the world, according to PETA, are supposed to be set free anywhere they are, so God help us if their unreasonable demands are ever met. I forgot the name of this person, but some lady who is a real hot shot in the PETA world, is very ill with cancer, and although she loves animals enough so that she still supports their cause, she takes medication that has been tested on lab animals for her own survival. I don't know what you call that, but I think it's called hypocrisy.

It is weird that they are for protecting Animals, but don't consider humans animals. I've met some of these peta people (I'm with the guy PETA = People Eating Tasty Animals... so lower case it is) and have even had them tell that human life is not valued, by them, the same way animal life is. I came very close to suggesting that they prove this and commit suicide to give more room to pretty fluffy animals but my husband pulled me away before I could do it. *frown*

As for some of these answers stating we are not animals, it truly makes me wonder what grade they got to. Did they graduate? Are they still in High School and just sleeping thru science class? Besides stating that we are indeed animals doesn't mean one supports that we came directly from apes (Evolution doesn't state this... it states we came from a COMMON ANCESTOR). *sigh* I really wish people would read up on this stuff before trying to knock it down in an argument. They're looking pretty foolish fighting against something without knowing what, exactly, it is they are fighting against.

I heard something approximately PETA and a extensive freezer, yet i do no longer understand how real that's. All i understand is i'm careful of PETA. i admire animals, however the freezer factor relatively positioned me off.

As a charter member of PETA (People for the Eating of Tasty Animals), I can say that we don't kill any animal unnecessarily. My belief that a woman has a right to choose whether or not to carry her unborn child to term has nothing to do with the steak I had for dinner last night, thank you very much. Please keep your religion off the table.

Now, if you're one of those other peta weirdos (we members of PETA put their name in lower-case letters to differentiate) that think that eating animals is wrong, here's something for you to consider...

If the creator did not intend for animals to be eaten, why are they made of tasty, delicious meat?

Some people worship God and say its a life when it is conceived (even though it is just a clump of cells at this point.) Some people worship government and say it is a life when government says it is - some say at birth, one idiot I met said when a birth certificate is issued (what a dumb ***.)

Those who can think for themselves will have their own opinions. I for one believe it is a life at 6 months (it can be removed and most often survive.) Until then, abort if you wish... after 6 months... unless there is a medical reason requiring an abortion then it should go to term.

Seriously, why should it take more than 6 months to decide if you want it or not?

Peta destroys over 95% of the animals is says it cares for. Peta is not about saving animals, it's about destroying the United States.

Oh, and for the ill-informed.... People are animals.

Hold on Hold on....

So you are saying that we are part of the animal kingdom...

Yet you argue that we didn't come from apes, which are also a part of the animal kingdom...

YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS!!!!!!!!

Pick a freaking idea and stick with it. You can't manipulate things to suit your particular point at the moment!!!
