What the difference between a girl nipple that is just small like a guy, and then there are some girls nipples that are like big almost 1 inch in diameter? Is there a reason why the nipple color bleed big? How can you really tell if a girl's vagina has been tainted?

If you mean if she's got an infection, then only a doctor could tell you for sure, but a discharge is always a bad sign.
If you mean is she a virgin, then grow up or move to the middle east. They have an obsession with virgins too.
As far as nipples, different people are different. It's called genetic variation. Viva la difference!

nipple size varies from woman to woman as it does in men....what do you mean by tainted? and no there is no real way to tell for sure if you meant had sex. .. how can we know your anus isn't tainted can you prove you have never been touched?
