As far as I can understand, you're trying to say: "I have a friend who refuses to get her hair styled, but who wants to hang out with me."
And you're implying: "I'm grossed out by her hair and want her to either get her hair styled in a way that I find accepetable or to stop hanging out with me."
The answer to that question is... your friend's hair is her own business. You can tell her what you think, but you can't make her do anything. Either you'll learn to live with her hair, or she'll move on to friends who don't care so much about her personal grooming choices.
