Between 100lb and 135lb. HTH : )
Also Sarge is incorrect about the body fat. A good amount of body fat for a woman your age is between 18% and 24%, although up to about 30% is acceptable. It is female body builders and athletes that have 12%-16% body fat. That is too low for the average woman. HTH : )

Average weight for a person of your age and height is 100-110 pounds. If you have a slight frame, average is 5-10 pounds less than that. If you have a large frame, average is 10-15 pounds more than that.
If you can, get measured for body fat. That's a much more accurate means of determining whether you're overweight. Average for a woman your age is anywhere from 16% to 20%. Women with muscle definition usually have a body fat percentage of 12% or less, and if your body fat is 23% or higher then you need to lose some fat.
Does that help?

The question is what should your body mass index (BMI) be and from that your 'goal' weight may be determined. This may surprise you but at 5' 2" a weight of 135 pounds yields a BMI of 25 which is considered the upper limit of 'normal' or 'lean'. Saying that your BMI is OK at 25 from the standpoint of health risk does not mean that a weight of 135 is cosmetically appealing to you. This is a very personal decision. A weight of 105 or less would be considered 'underweight' (BMI < 18.5) and a health risk.

There are a variety of factors that you should consider before choosing a target weight, such as, body frame type and your body fat percentages. A good measure in identifying your target weight is calculating your base metabolic index (BMI). My suggestion is to first try and identify your BMI. You can probably do this by a Yahoo search of base metabolic index. If this still doesn't help you get the information that you are looking for, then I would suggest that you go to a M.D. or a local wellness center to get assistance in identifying a target weight. Good luck with your search.

Somewhere between 110 and 130. Check with your doctor to make certain. It used to be 100 or so to 115. It depends on if you are small boned or med or big boned also it depends on your muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat.
The main thing is your waist size.

It could vary. It depends on your build. Are you a small, medium, or large frame. I'm also petite but I have a medium frame so my doctor doesn't like it when I weigh less than 110. Good Luck and just be healthy.
