my ex broke up with me because of stress in his ife. he said once things calm down, maybe we can get back together. another guy that i kinda like asked me out, and i said yes, but i only like this guy. i loved my ex. i work with my ex, so i see him every weekend, and seeing him kinda hurts still. I need advice on what to do! im so confused. Should i tell my ex i still love him? would he care? what should i do about my current b/f?

dont play with your current boyfriend... and yes you are toying with him, break it off with him until you have either fallen out of love with your Ex or you are ready to move on from your Ex.... It sounds Harsh but trust me you'll thank me in the end :)

First, determine if the reasons you left your ex are still valid. If so, don't even consider going back. This is sound advice, no matter if you have a new bf or not.
If the reasons are no longer valid, and you want him back, then you have three options (yes, three).
1) Ignore the ex, stay with the bf
2) dump the bf, go back to the ex
3) Keep them both - this requires buy-ins from both people, being completely honest, and a lot of communication. Some people are constitutionally predisposed to polyamory and some monogamy. If you or one of your boyfriends is primarily monogamous, then they won't go with it, or won't be able to handle it. This third option is, by far, the most difficult of the three, but is often the most rewarding. It requires tons of communication, going slow, and utter honesty.
