Your peers that are insulting you and putting you down are probably doing so only to make themselves feel better about their own insecurities. Don't try to lose weight for someone else... it doesn't work, trust me. If YOU want to lose weight, then do it because you want to be healthy, not because you want other people to see you differently. And please do it in a healthy way. Don't stop eating! Your body will go into starvation mode and store all the calories it can, which will only make you GAIN weight when you do eat normally. If you really want to drop a few pounds in a sensible way, I would recommend Weight Watchers to anyone. I lost 60 pounds over a period of several months doing weight watchers and have been able to keep it off for almost 2 years now. It's really just about making healthier choices and limiting the high-fat, high-calorie foods.

Those who are calling you fat are unkind. They usually say things like that because they know that is what someone could say to hurt them. Teen body image is very fragile. You are DEFINITELY NOT fat if you are a juniors size 13 also size on a label is so useless because all designers use different size patterns. You need to eat and exercise appropriately to stay healthy. Your body will change on its own naturally during this adolescent stage of your life without forcing it. As difficult as it may be ignore those calling you fat, because they really mean you are phat and they are usually envious of you.

If you can't help but eat tons of food, then you MUST exercise to burn all those excess calories off! Go for walks, run if you can, swim, etc. You must exercise, because size 13 in juniors for a freshman, is fat.

OK how tall are you? That is what matters. If you are 5 foot and a size 13 tada you are too fat. Get a doctors recommendation for your weight not strangers

Fat or not it depend to your height and weight, it was better you take your shows, and stand beside a wall and see what is your height; than take all your dress and see what is your weight...

just don't eat too much junk food and exercise a lot!
Running for half an hour and walking (fast) for an hour each burn about 250 calories!!
