honestly i would laugh at u regard of who u r im gonna laugh...but at the same time ill be laughing and helping u get up but if u hung out with me make sure u never do becuz i will laugh about it the whole entire night until i go to bed trust u me

I'd want to be sure you weren't seriously hurt before attempting to help you up. Then if you're a pretty girl, give you a big smile and wish you well. Oh, I'd give you a smile if you were a bit on the homely side, too - but I'm a guy and we just naturally smile bigger for prettier girls. And no - I do not laugh at other folks' misfortunes. Um - well, in George Bush's case, I did almost laugh my behind off when he fell off his mountain bike - but I REALLY dislike George Bush!

It wouldn't matter if you were attractive or not.
It would depend on the circumstance under which you fell.
If you were being a total eejet, messing about, showing off etc. and you fell then I would have no sympathy and would definately rejoice in laughter as I would say it was coming to you.
However if you were sincere, elderly, and not asking for it, of course, I would help you up and make sure you were ok.
