HOW if i can Im ariving at 6pm and need to go from WhitePlains Airport to Ridgewood Park and ride or HOHOKUS Parkand ride????????/ VIA What ever?

That is not a very direct route! Ridgewood and HoHoKus are both almost directly west of White Plains, and across the river.
The easiest thing would probably be to take the Metro North train into Grand Central Station, then walk/take the subway over to Port Authority and take a NJ Transit bus to either of the Park & Ride stops.
Or you can take the NJ Transit train from Penn Station, if the Park & Ride is at the train station, as it is for Ho-Ho-Kus.

real easy i live in montclair---Tappen Zee Bridge to 278 to 17 to Ridgewood Road will take u to HoHoKus.
