Has anyone had a wedding at Mallards Marsh in North Carolina or on any beach in North Carolina? I'm thinking about having my wedding on the beach there, and I was just curious if anyone else liked it.

I have never planned a wedding at Mallards Marsh, but I have heard great things about the location and the service!! The pictues look stunning and I wish you the best!

Why not? Here in N.C. are some beautiful beaches. If the wedding is in the spring then you won't have to worry about the beach sand being too hot on your feet. If the wedding is in the summer then it might make a difference. Allow for the wind off the water when having a wedding on the beach. Otherwise why not?

We vacationed in Outer Banks, NC last year. The beaches were very private, clean and beautiful. There is even a lighthouse. I thought that if I ever get married again, I would like to be married there.

I've been to beach weddings and they were beautiful. But I hate the sand in my shoes, and the sand was too hot to take the shoes off. something to consider

My friend married her husband on a NC beach here (I can't remember exactly where) She said it was absolutely beautiful :}

I was married in Charleston in April and it was the loveliest wedding (but perhaps because it was mine). Good luck.
