You're right. But everyone is not out to get you. There might be a group who is for some reason, but not everyone.

Well, I know that doctors won't consider it paranoia if it's actually true, but honestly, everyone in the world can't possibly be out to get you, at least not all at one time. I think the way the doctors worded it to me, because I think God hates me and is intentionally out to get me, is acute paranoia, because of course, how do you prove it? But no, if it's true, it's not paranoia.
