Absolutely! Eat lots if you like it. Especially during the first 3-months of the child's development. During the first three months, your body will concentrate only on developing your child's BRAIN. It is a well documented fact, that women who have a high protein diet during this period, produce the "smartest" off springs. Protein builds INTELLIGENCE! Now to prove my point - that is why the Chinese have such a highly developed nation of extremely intelligent people. Trust me, this is true. Eat lots of fish, during the first 3-months. Then be careful what you eat, for now the weight will begin. You are NOT eating for two, your baby is being nourished from your blood. So eat sensibly and the last 3-months, lots of fruit and veggies, avoid salt, and don't overdo water. I wish you an easy delivery and a happy, healthy and very Intelligent baby.

Ask your doctor. In general, doctors discourage pregnant women from eating raw fish, sushi, ...and caviar is sushi.
When I was pregnant, I ignored this advice, and ate as much sushi as I wanted, and I was fine. Depends on how paranoid you are about your baby.

You should avoid all raw fish products in particular Caviar because it carries a serious risk of salmonella poisoning.

Full of vitamins, oil and protein. Can only be good. Bit expensive though, perhaps you should try vitamin pills and fish oil capsules.
Herring and cod roe are pretty inexpensive and very tasty.

I really like both fruits and fresh vegetables better, however they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

I tell u what, I dont know much about fish eggs, but I know its good to eat sammon (cooked) and sardines(cooked) , they are full of goodness, and its got no harmful poisons like mercury , unlike shark , sword fish, and if u eat too much tuna that has dangerous levels of mercury aswell,
I expect u know about avoiding , peanuts, Pattae ( I dont know how to spell it) under cooked eggs, certain fish, too much salt, boose, fags, and the list does go on . good luck. if in dout .AVOID. be safe.
