Hey there!
Headaches are NO fun, and I feel your pain. I have high blood pressure and have frequent headaches and pains.
Here is the most realistic treatments I found via internet. Also take into consideration the hand therapy, that whole massaging a certain area. Google it and see.
PS-I found the lemon cure below the best and 2nd in the hot foot bath.
There are several natural remedies for various types or headaches. The juice of three or four slices of lemon should be squeezed in a cup of tea and taken by the patient for treating this condition. It gives immediate relief. The crust of lemon, which is generally thrown away, has been found useful in headaches caused by heat. Lemon crusts should be pounded into a fine paste in a mortar and applied as plaster on the forehead. Applying the yellow, freshly pared-off rind of a lemon to each temple will also give relief.
Apples are valuable in curing all types of headaches. After removing the upper rind and the inner hard portion of a ripe apple, it should be taken with a little salt every morning on an empty stomach in such cases. This should be continued for about a week.
The herb marjoram is beneficial in the treatment of a nervous headache. An infusion of the leaves is taken as a tea in the treatment of this disorder.
The herb rosemary has been found valuable in headaches resulting from cold. A handful of this herb should be boiled in a litre of water and put in a mug. The head should be covered with a towel and the steam inhaled for as long as the patient can bear. This should be repeated till the headache is relieved
Hot foot baths are also beneficial in the treatment of chronic headaches. The patient should keep his legs in a tub or bucket filled with hot water at a temperature of 40 degree C to 45 degree C for fifteen minutes every night before retiring. This treatment should be continued for two or three weeks.

My son got a lot of bad headaches and I cured them with the herb Feverfew. Grow it near your back door or on a window ledge and every day pluck a couple of (2) leaves and either chew them (as my son did) or sandwich them between a couple of slices of bread. They are kind of bitter so it helps disguise the taste...my son was weird he used to eat lemons and things like that. Anyway, after about a week the headaches should lessen and you will not have them if you keep using the herb but make sure you use it every day. Good luck.

A headache is caused when there isn't enough fluid surrounding your brain. Your brain is surrounded by a special fluid that stops it bouncing around. if you do a lot of sport, or don't drink water regularly, this fluid can decrease, causing your brain to crash about inside your head. This is what causes the most common type of headache; to stop it, drink about 1pint of water, not in one go, and keep drinking every 10 minutes or so until the pain stops. This is actually more effective, in most cases than headache tablets!

often times, headaches occur because of muscle tension.. Tension headaches... this happens a lot due to the SCM or Sterno-cleido-mastoid, the 2 big muscles beside the throat starting from beneath the lymph gland under the jaw and ending down straight down to the bone.. They often pull your head forward, resulting in tension... Acupunture can help a fair amount, it helped me.. but mostly massaging the muscles will help majorly, mostly the SCM or Temporalis, the side of the head too, above the ears...

I know how you feel...I've had headaches for over 10 years. I've tried medicine, ice packs, heat packs, drinking tons of water, lying down, chiropractors, massages, anything! It never helped. I've recently started going to physical therapy and it really seems to work. Maybe you should try going to your doctor and have him/her recommend you to a physical therapist. Good luck!
