'Cause everybody thinks it should be perfect. It's Christmas, everyone should be bursting with love, no one should be alone, you buy super gifts and make people happy and you get great stuff in return.
Or...you get a grip and realize it is a wonderful time of year, the spirit of Christmas is alive and well. Lots of people are down on their luck, some more than others, but a smile goes a long way. Who's got money??? Tree's going to be pretty bare this year, but I can't wait for the homemade cookies I know I'm getting, mmm they're the best. Going to be alone? Ok, hit the internet and talk about fun stuff, good times. Bars are full of lonely people, I never recommend these but, you can find someone to share a laugh with. And if you look very hard, there are other ways to connect with people and have a good time, shelters, maybe the next door neighbour. I know it takes effort but think positive.
And once in a while you just have to say "F0ck it." people. The world ain't going to change tomorrow so bloody well make the best of it.

There are many reasons it might be; one is the buying of all the gifts for people you love, you want to get just the "right" thing that they will like; another could be that sometimes families aren't always on the best of terms, but you feel that at least at this time of year you should communicate somehow, and that can be stressful, another is that when you go out shopping, it seems as if people just turn into animals, the way they act in the malls, trying to get to the stuff before you do; I think it was the movie, "Jingle All the Way" that exemplified that. Those are the reasons I thought of, though there may be others.

I don't know!!! I don't get stressed anymore. I got tired of trying to keep up with the Jones' and making everyone happy! I had to take a step back and remember what the true meaning of Christmas was. It isn't about me. Isn't about money. It's all about love and giving. My family took the stress out of this time of year and now focus on loving and being with each other. We realized that we are truly blessed and need to bless others who are less fortunate.

Because people think that ,the more money you spend and the more expensive a gift is, is what makes people happy. And for most it does... until the credit card bill roll in. I think we should spend more time with our loved ones during this time and spend less money. I mean who says you have to buy a gift for everybody you know. Your parents and your children and spouse are the only ones who should recieve gifts from you.

It appears to be stressful because we have invented so many things to do.,
for this time of the year..

But it doesn't have to be this way if we plan our time wisely.

Start early to prepare for Thanks giving and Christmas, or anything else.

Leave home earlier to avoid the rush hour.

September is a good time to start to prepare a menu and list of invited guest for Thanksgiving.

Some persons start to shop earlier for Christmas.

It all depends upon you, and the way you use your time. Getting caught up in the last minute rush will cause STRESS.

You can find rest in Jesus Christ. He has done great things for us.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicidal thoughts.)

All the money you tried to save during the year, you now have to spend and then some. You go right back in the hole.
