if a guy has been seeing a girl really casually, would he be scared to ask her out on a date if he knew that she had came out of a serious 6 year relationship with her fiance 8 months ago?even tho he knew she ended it?

Some guys just don't see the signs. He might be aching and longing for this girl (you I guess?) but he also might need a nudge in the right direction. He might also be worried that if she turned him down he'd lose her as a friend. Maybe this girl should ask him out rather than waiting or at least talk it over with him. Either way getting it out in the open will make both parties feel better in the long run. Hark at me, Marjorie bleeding Proops!
