Because the Bible has many versions the Quran has one. Most Gracious Allah(swt)(God) Almighty, All Mercilful. There is not grey in Islam, just black and white; nothing to interpret just right and wrong. That why I converted to a religion that gives me a clear defintion of life.

The difference is, Christ changed things. You don't see christians doing this in the name of God today, and if they do other christians would speak out against it.

Muslims are still beheading people in the name of Allah and "moderate" muslims either endorse it or rarely speak against it. Perhaps for fear that their own families will be killed.

Don't try to justify islamo-facist terrorism, by looking at something in the Old Testament that is not a command for modern day christians to follow.

God did command some in the Old testament to kill, There was usually a reason for it.

Um, doc, you left out the important parts of that chapter....in verse 9, it mentions the ones dying, are sinners....SINNERS. Not innocent.
The LORD sent out a messenger, to mark the ones in sadness, and weeping, and then to go and mark those. And then, he would kill everyone not with a mark.
If this is how muslims bend the truth, I think we know how the muslims lie now, too.
Jesus Christ. No way to heaven without the Son.
There is a time and a place for everything.

What does it take, to declare us Enemies of Islam once you choose invade, loot and plunder our lands or have plans to do the comparable? those verses get used in accordance to the will of the hour. We experience like idiots as quickly as we've faith you purely to get stabbed lower back. BTW- the international has wised up plenty and we are no longer likely to experience like idiots any further. How might you like it if different religions declare Muslims as infidels and characteristic comparable verses of their books? Does the asserting " people livining in glass homes shouldn't throw stones at others" recommend any ingredient to you?

In Ezekiel chapter 8 God shows Ezekiel what the people are doing in His temple. Ezekiel 8:5-6 says, "Then said he unto me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry.
He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations.
It is obvious that God considers what they are doing is an abomination to Him. So please do not consider these people in the situation as innocent. They were worshipping idols. I would also have to be under the impression that even the children were guilty of this abomination. I understand that the ages of the children were not given but we have to remember if these people were innocent then God would NOT have lifted His hand against them. They would have been spared from His wrath. In verse 6 the people who had the mark were spared. These people were the people who did NOT worship idols. So killing innocents is not something that God does and to be totally honest who has been conceived by man and woman and has been 100 percent obedient to God? No one has, we all have fallen short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) So if we all have sinned against God, how can we be without sin and stand in the presence of God. This is the answer: By the shed blood of the Lamb of God who is Jesus Christ. He took my disobedience upon Himself and nailed it to the cross. So therefore my sin (disobedience) died on the cross and through the resurrection of Jesus I was made righteous in the eyes of God.(Romans 3:24-26) It is by faith that I believe Jesus did this for me and for you. My testimony of the miracle that God worked in my life by my faith in Jesus is mine and no one can take it from me. It happened to me. You only have to believe He can also do this for you.

If you place the scripture back in context, you will see that this is God revealing to Ezekiel what will happen when the Babylonians invade and capture Israel. God is not telling anyone to do this. He is warning them that it is coming. Huge difference.

And verse 10 has nothing to do with beheading. "On their heads" means to bring it to them personally.
