I think my definition for a real man & real woman is actually the same:

to be a real human: to be strong & sensitive. Able to express & embrace your emotions yet capable of being tough & dealing with life at its worst. Having two sides to your nature, the feminine & masculine. Having the courage to be yourself, not just putting on an act that the world expects from you. Having integrity, being a good, kind, giving person. Doing the right thing.

A real woman is caring, considerate and passionate. She is strong when she needs to be and can hold things together in a crisis. A real woman is a mother.
