Depends on what you mean by your definition of dead.. I could be dead tired, or dead from yesterday.. a buddhist would say that he died one moment and was reborn into the next.. Also, if dead, it also depends on what you are now, a ghost or whatever.. You'd have to be self aware...

There are no "dead"! The term refers to a state of
spiritual "unawareness. One can be very much alive,
and still be "dead"!

Hello I think i might of been buried alive with my laptop,I'm in a
wooden box,its pitch black in here when i turn my computer off.
so i probably will be dead in a few days.oh well that's death.

no, i'm still alive. every dead person i've ever seen was in their casket the last time i saw them. i haven't seen myself in a casket, yet!!

I have a pulse. It goes without saying that dead people wouldn't. they also wouldn't know as their brains stop functioning upon death. well, brain death anyway.
