I have been working out regularly and am not more than 10lbs overweight. But my double chin won't go anywhere, I can't afford to get Lipo or that new laser procedure but I hate it and am always aware of it. I tried rediculous facial workouts and straining it extra hard when I do my crunches, but nothing. If anyone knows how to work this area without products or silly machines please let me know. Thanks!

If you're not more than 10 lbs. overweight, then your double chin is probably an inherited feature. Look at your parents and grandparents to see if their face shapes are similar to yours. It is possible that plastic surgery might be the only fix for it if this is so. The only thing that facial exercises do that I know of is encourage the early appearance of lines. It is possible that you can, by losing enough to become underweight, you could minimize this feature, but from what you say, it sounds like it is just a part of you as coded in by your genetic makeup. (I have known people who were quite thin and still had a round face and double chin despite that.)

Use your hand, teh opposite side of your palm and start at the neck, push up to the double chin, as if " pushing it away". Do that constantly, it helps, but keep consistant with your exercises and diet. This may look dumb, but it helped me!

Look at your family, it is probably in your DNA - does your mother have a "double chin" or anyone closely related. Stop killing yourself over this - Love the Body your IN!

Keep going, the more you lose, the more other parts of your body will trim up. That's not a muscle so I doubt there is an exercise for it.
