The D200 will continue to meter with AI(S) lenses and the D80 won't. Even so, no dSLR has a split prism focusing screen, so manual focus lenses are a royal p.i.t.a. The D200 does offer other aids, such as a blinking light when the camera thinks critical focus is achieved... It's not very useful, but there you go.
If you plan on using your old lenses extensively, you can buy a split prism screen for the D200 form these guys: http://www.katzeyeoptics.com/cat--Nikon-DSLRs--cat_nikon.html
According to the user forums at http://www.dpreview.com , they work as advertised.
All old Nikon AF lenses will work okay with any Nikon dSLR.
And finally, all Nikon dSLR cameras have a 1.5x focal length multiplier, so your 55mm Noct will behave like an 83mm lens, your 80-200 effectively becomes a 120-300mm zoom, etc.

If you are talking about manual focus lens (AS or AIS) the D 200 meter will work with them the D80 I don't think will work but you can still use them. If you are talking about AF lens both the D80 and D 200 will work about the same. You can down load Instruction manuals for both D80 and D200 from Nikon web site
