how can i house train a 1yr old male puganise pup to go outside? we could be 4hrs and still pee & poop inside?

Crate train him. Keep him in a crate when you are not watching him. Take him out often. Praise for going outside.

being defiant just take him outside often then he will get the idea that you will take him outside then he will start showing you signs when he has to go outside
