The fact that it has been used in one way or another as a reason for practically every war that has ever been fought.
That most "religions" believe that theirs is the only possible true religion and that God is on their side only.
The hypocrisy of those who profess to be "religious" but who pass a panhandler or beggar on the street without helping.
The inequality of males and females in most "religions".
The idea that many religions profess that you must attend church to "find God" or "be saved".

There will always be problems in religion. Why you ask? Because there are people in religion. No matter how wonderful a belief statement is for a church there will always be people in that religion who are self righteous, selfish, egotistical, extremist, vile, hypocritical, mean spirited, gossiping. Look to Jesus the Christ, born of a virgin in humble surroundings. He is the messiah, the promised one. Follow His teachings: the sermon on the mount in the Book of Matthew, the many parables he told. Believe in Christ, follow after his example. Show those around you what christians should look like. Then, and only then will others be able to see the difference between true believers, and so called religious people.

Lies, hypocrisy, arrogance ("I know the truth, everybody else is wrong and going to hell because their beliefs are false!"), selectivity of which parts of their holy books or rules to follow literally and obsess about and which parts to ignore (while claiming the books/rules are perfect), dismissing proven facts while claiming silly tales from an old book are the truth even if they have be disproven. The hatred against those who have different beliefs. The horrible things people do to others, thinking they're pleasing God.

I feel so displeased when people in USA who have freedom of religion are so displeased with anothers choice of religion. Live your religion and let me beleive in my religion. In the end God will decide!

Clericalism-who decides that clerics should be endowed with power and influence particularly if they try and interfere in politics? I also hate the fact that it reduces man to a mere automaton-a servant of some higher power. It sells humanity short-we have the potential and knowledge to shape our world as we want to without relying on deities.

Little babies like you who condem me for having faith in somthing bigger than myself. So you had a bad run in with some Jahova Whitnesses or some of my fellow Baptist....who hasn't!? I know I have.
Just remember....it is NOT about the organization, it is about the faith. The truely enlighten rarely will engage people as disheartend as yourself for fear of further agitating you....those are the ones you should look for and then maybe you will learn somthing.
