I believe the reason why women cry more then the male is because it is proving that we deal with situations at hand. Men are more likely to surpress their feelings or deal with them at a later time. A women deals with it immediatly. Which may be the reason why we cry because we do not put things into perspective as well as the male. No matter what you hold it in you die of heart related stresses. You let them out your looked at as a unstable person! Good Luck!

that's a generalization. i'm a woman and i really don't cry that often. the only time i cry with seemingly no reason is if i am having a case of pms that is emotional. normally i'm just a b***h though. i personally don't cry over much of anything. all though as a general rule women have different hormones than men and that is why.

because it helps us release our hormones we have so much emotion instead of being angry and yelling out everybosy or getting all mopey like guys tend to do we cry. It is just a way for girls to relase stress after I had a good cry for atleast a half an hour i feel totally refreshed because I let all those feeling i have been keeping in for so long out
