Anything upbeat and funky... the RiZe soundtrack lifts my spirits up even though its very in-your-face music... michael jackson's songs like the "way you make me feel" lifts my spirits up.. and the song "Oh Happy Day"... thats all i can think at the moment.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND...
a Music CD entitled "STREAMS".
It is christian based with very powerfully peace and faith and strength orientations in the lyrics which I found... listening to... "all night, every night, for four years"... (on auto replay)... was ultimately one of the most major turning factors from myself as less than good to good, and from negative to positive.
You will not be dissapointed.

I like the song "Put A Smile On Your Face" by Vitamin C
or something like that. It always puts a smile on my face... actually I laugh.
When I'm down, I listen to "Pain" and "The Middle" by Jimmy Eat World.

listen to Don moen songs it is really inspiring, i also recommend hillsong songs, as for the kind, its best if you listen to christian music...hillsong united songs will surely keep you jumping, dancing or even crying, if you want songs that are powerful try ron kenoly.
