Maybe it's time to get the police involved. Just make sure you keep track of every time he contacts you and what takes place.

my daughter had to get the cops involved to stop this guy. went on for weeks. she got a restraining order.cops put him in work release for a while and he finally was gone.drove me crazy. he wouldnt go away.i was about to kill him.i dont really know what his problem really was.
