Go spend the money to get advice from an expert. Here, you're getting the opinions of anyone with a modem and a few minutes of free time. They may say that they are accountants or barristers or whoever the expert would be in your country, but you have no way of knowing if that claim is true. If you get bad advice, it could cost you hundreds or thousands of euros. It seems to me that a few euros spent for solid, expert, trustworthy advice would be money well spent.

But then again, I'm just someone with an opinion and a modem. It's your money - do with it what you want.
