In Spain we say, "Mi casa es tu casa", so, it's supposed that the person you say that is close to you, in the case that he/she wasn't close to you or if he/she is something quite older than you, the formal way to say it is "Mi casa es su casa". But it isn't an expression very used, it's more common to say "Siéntete como en tu casa" or "Siéntase como en su casa" in the formal way, in english would be "Feel yourself as in your own house"...
