Apart from the Burcht, the Minnewater, the ancient squares and the boat trips why not try an authentic Flemish brewery. I recommend the Halve Maan brewery. Check their website at http://www.halvemaan.be/eng/Default.htm
I enjoyed it.

Food is expensive in Brugges, so good luck finding something cheap, but if you want a true feast with amazing traditional food, try the Vlaamshe Pot. I had the most amazing meal there this summer.
Go see the Michael Angelo's Madonna with Child - the only sculpture of his to leave Italy during his lifetime.
Climb the belfry tower at the main square - awesome view of the whole city.
You can also hop on the train and in 15 minutes you will be in Knokke - the fancy resort town on the North Sea.
Not we are talking shopping - all fancy stores, great food and beer right on the ocean.
I am so envious - I wish I was going.

Where?? If your going to a market you should be shopping until your legs drop off. Do the sightseeing thing another day. As for eating bring a packed lunch just in case. Have a nice time

In the church (in the town of Brugge) the holly blood it's in a shrine.
I would suggest to eat in a small Restaurant in Brugge it's called Marilyn Monroe at 't Zand (square), eat a 3 course meal for a cheap price.

There is a nice hostel in Bruges where you can discover the fine Belgian Beers. They even have all the famous "trappisten". i will leave the link.
