I think we all need to remember Auntie Reva said it best R-E-S-P-E-C-T yourself. If you continue to let these men treat you without any, you'll never get any. Chastity, as much as I respect your attitude to this behaviour, you may find that with a little time you come to realise that there's more to s.e.x. that popping it in, taking it out and having a cuddle. As much as this disgusts you now, you should accept that there are plenty of people who enjoy the ruff stuff.
If you don't like it however, take a stand and say no. He shouldn't have to be told twice.
