When ever I'm at work the guy customers always ask me to help them and bend down and stuff like that it drives me crazy! someone help!

Dress conservatively and bend down at the knee so customers won't get such a view. Or talk to your manager about sexual harrassment and how you handle it.
In your personal life, to gauge the interest of someone, don't have sex with them until 6 months into the relationship. Most guys won't stick around that long if they just want to get into your pants.

First off a guy is quite capable to bend down themselves. Maybe it is the way you bend down. If you don't like it, tell them to bend down,and be polite about it. I don't see how a customer is using your body, unless they are touching you, and if that is the case have a talk with your boss. If guys only use you for your body you are letting them. Just looking at you is not using your body.

Do you wear short skirt or low cut top? If so, change what you wear might help.
Also, if you bend with your knees, bringing your whole body down with your knees, it would be better posture than sticking your bum up for the perverts.
Depending on what's your job, maybe next time a guy asks you to bend down and stuff like that, and you sense it is not a genuine request, don't do it, get someone else to.

You have to find a creative way to tell them to do it themselves, wthout alienating them. You don't want to lose their business, but you don't have to tolerate that either. But at the very least tell them politely that you don't appreciate the gawking when your trying to help them. If you can't come up with a creative way, or they continue to do it even after you tell them not to, go to your boss and they should, if not help you, at least talk to the customers and let them know you are offended by their actions.If your boss doesn't help you, go up the chain until you get satisfaction. This IS sexual harrassment, but you need proof or they will just say that you misunderstood them. But, your bosses should defuse the situation before it becomes any worse. It isn't harassment against the company,....yet, but against the customer. The company doesn't want it to escalate, because if you brought it up and they ignored you, THEN, and only then, does it become harassment to the company. I hope this will help you.

Don't be so willing! Keep a serious, work only look and appearance at all times and they won't be so willing to try. And when they ask, and you feel you have to do it for good customer service, but are suspicious of their real intentions; tell them that you will have to get another associate to help them and then go find a guy.

I suspect you already know how to judge them. The bigger question is why do you stay in a job where these shallow, immature creeps can so readily take advantage of you? Hey, you'll never manage to free yourself completely from having to put up with them occasionally, but you don't have to make it easy for them. Find a better job!

try dressing differently....while it is flattering when men find you attractive, it is less than flattering when they treat you like you are nothing more than a brainless amusement for them...have more respect for yourself and find a way to demand that from them as well...there are ways to do it with humor that will not totally turn them off but they will get the message and start treating you better.....good luck

Tell them that you will NOT help them out if they want to talk to you like that. The only one who can stop that kind of behavior is you. Tell them like it is and noone has the right to talk to you lke that if thats not what you want. Get some balls and speak up!! Watch how things will change after that.

just make sure your skirt is short and you either wear no panties or wear a thong. Bend from the waiste not the knee.
