Cut in half and using a sharp knife, remove any fatty looking bits. Heat some oil in a pan and add a little butter, dust the kidneys in seasoned flour and shake to remove excess. Simply fry the kidneys for 3 to 4 minutes and serve warm. Woof, enjoy.

DOG KIDNEYS ALA CARTE
1 pc. dog kidney, preferably from a canine dead for more than 24 hours
1 gallon rum
1 big can tomato sauce
lots of pepper
dash of salt
cayenne
mix all ingredients together, marinate for 24 hours
grill over hot coal

Ah at last a decent question you should cook them the same as pig kidneys. only do make sure they are ok first.
As its near xmas maybe make a pate out of them. Alsation is best

You shouldn't eat your dog's kidneys unless you know what the exact cause of death was - as the kidneys may be infected.
