yes, for many reasons. I don't know how if all report cards are the same but you can't just change the grade once. Every quarter you get a new report card and it shows what grades you received previously in the other quarters. Sometimes you need to show your report card if you want to do driver's ed or sports, they know what your real grades are so changing it won't fool them. Also be sure to know if the person you are hiding the grades from looks at GPA. If you receive a "F" and you change that to an "A" the GPA would obviously change to be a lot higher. There are a lot of things to consider when doing that. So really as hard as it might be just fess up to bad grade(it's hard of course) or else when(perhaps if) they find out they will be more upset that you lied about it, didn't try hard enough in school, and tried to cover it up. Therefore you have three bad things done for having that grade and changing it or you can have just one bad thing by having the grade.

Well of course it is a bad thing to do. You might think you are doing yourself a favour at the time, but eventually you will find that it will cause you no end of problems when you get to the stage of looking for employment. The vast majority of jobs require qualifications and if you have obtained your's fraudulently, you will be found out one way or another and you will rapidly find that potential employers will regard you as unemployable, because your lies will tell them that you are just pure dishonest and lazy, and therefore, will be a hinderance to the business rather than an asset.
So, get real and don't cheat!! The only way to get the qualifications you want is to do the work yourself.

Yes. Most things are computerised so even if you were changing it to fool your folks or to go for a job perhaps sooner or later someone will check with your school and find out the truth. You can lose your job if you give false information on an application. I know someone who was offered an excellent job in a bank but she fudged some details, got found out and on the morning she was due to start she received a letter simply stating that due to irregualrities, etc., they had withdrawn their offer of a job. Just face it, if you lie, you will be punished for that lie.

Yes. It is lying. Your parents need to see your true grades. They can't help you if they don't know that you are having problems. Besides, they will eventually find out you changed your report card and then you'll be in worse trouble.

It is always a bad thing to do, no matter what your intentions are. It's extremely highly likely that you'll get caught, and sooner or later whoever you are hiding them from will find out your real grades. The only ethical (right) thing to do is try to do better and work hard.

Yes,because it still doesnt change the fact that you made a failing grade. When you get to highschool its gonna be worse, because then those grades count and changing them isnt going to help at all.

In a way it is and in another its not, on one hand it is wrong because you are cheating your self in the long term, if you didn't except your faults in your present life, you wont in your future. Therefore you ll never stop cheating yourself or others. Then on the other had, its a good thing, if you get caught and expelled for it you would have made a mistake and learnt first had what the consequences where.
